Thank you SO MUCH for making our move go so seemlessly. The flexibility with moving our date around was so appreciated. The two office resources I talked with (Megan & ?) were both friendly & professional. The 3 movers (Ben, David Peevler, Charlie) were awesome ... jogging back to the truck between trips and such efficient workers. My husband & I were both totally impressed. We hope to not move again soon, but will definitely give a positive referral to everyone we know. I'll go post a review on Facebook now!

Charlie, DJ and Matt were excellent. I had a small load, and even though your company gets paid by the hour, they were fast and efficient. The way my furniture was cared for was very impressive. I will refer your company to anyone I know who is moving.

The two young men, Brent and Josh, were very professional, polite, efficient, prompt and strong. We purchased a water fountain and they moved it from the store to our home. We were impressed!!

My move requirement was a rather simple one ... Move a 2-sink vanity from my garage to a bathroom which was located up one-half flight of stairs. It took only about 20 minutes to accomplish the move. The two men involved made the move with arm straps, one on either end of the vanity, as we moved it outside the garage and through the house to the bathroom. The two men (and truck) arrived promptly as scheduled and very efficiently, carefully and promptly made the move of the vanity. My only concern was that they did not cover the vanity with a moving blanket for extra protection as we negotiated stairs, corners and hallways in reaching the bathroom. From my reading of earlier move summaries on the internet from your earlier customers I had expected this precaution. In the end no damage occurred so really no complaints!

I had a very small furniture moving job. Your company had a 1 hour minimum versus other moving companies that had a 2 hour minimum; Your 1 hour minimum price fit my needs for a very short time job.

Charlie and Josh were such hard workers, and they were very accommodating to all my requests. They kept their cheerful attitudes all through the busy day, actually running from the van to the house to get more boxes. The ladies in the office were always helpful, too, with all my questions and changes before the moving day. I am very impressed with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and will certainly recommend them.

THE GUYS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY MOVED QUICK AND TOOK GOOD CARE OF OUR ITEMS. everyone WAS GREAT, FROM THE OFFICE PERSONNEL TO THE MOVERS.

I was originally scheduled for 8am on Sunday. I received a call prior indicating that something unexpected had occurred and they would be arriving at around noon. When they called to tell me that they were on their way, we were in the middle of a load and I told them to stop for lunch to give us enough time to drop the load off and get back to the residence. According to my watch, it is 12:30 when they arrived, not the 11:30/12 as indicated on their sheet. I agree that it was approximately 6:30p when they completed.

Some of the furniture was damaged, which was pointed out to them (all I got is a blank stare when it was pointed out to them) and they put the padding on the stairway walls after they had put a large gouge in it.

So...we start off late, furniture damaged, wall damaged, and then came the bill. I was quite disappointed when the cost ended up to be more than $140 over the estimate (20% higher) and nothing was said prior to handing me the bill. The young man kept saying, "and we can take this and that," and "would you like us to take that." I think some changes need to be made on actually how the estimates are derived at...like maybe actually visiting the residence to be moved ahead of time, instead of going off square footage and number of rooms, and they should not indicate that they can "take this and that". Apparently, some have more possessions than others. I was quite up front when I indicated it was a 4 bedroom 1,700 sf home, 4 adults and a baby lived there, and I had an office with office furniture.

I won't be using that outfit again and cannot recommend them.

I am sorry we were not able to exceed your expectations. We had a mover that had to take a child to hospital emergency room and thus could not make it to work that day and I am so sorry we had to delay the start of your move. It is never easy when we get off on the wrong foot like that. We used the mover that did make it in for your move on another job to finish it as quickly as we could so we could get to you and then we did send out a 3rd man at no extra charge on your move in hopes of making up for the late start.

We have double checked the times with the GPS logs on our trucks and it seems the times on the job sheets align with the GPS log as far as start and stop times so I am not sure what to say about the start time.

We did move more items than originally estimated and my move manager who was on your move thought they were trying to be nice when asking if you wanted us to take the additional items as we had room on our truck if it would help you. We now know we need to be very carefull on when we offer to move extra items that we also know we are watching the clock to make sure we are keeping things to the budget you want.

Our offer to come out and look at any damages and repair or replace anything that was damaged by us still stands.

For the part about our estimate, there must be some confusion there with perhaps another moving company you got an estimate from. Our estimates are what are called cube estimates and with them we itemize everything we are going to move. We never have estimated by the square footage or the number of rooms. We actually had a detailed estimate of what you had requested we move with us on move day. We did move a considerable amount more than what was on that estimate because we thought you wanted us to as I discussed above. Once again I appologize that we did not point out that while we had the space on the truck and the ability to move all the extra items that it would also take longer and thus increase the final cost. Because we had the 3rd man on the job that we did not charge more allowed us to move considerably more stuff and keep it to within 20% of the original estimate. Once again we know we made a mistake when we did not make our original appointment and we were hoping to make up for it with the free 3rd man. I am sorry once again we did not find a way to exceed your expectaions.

The office staff was excellent. The movers seemed inexperienced. They also were much slower at actually moving then at packing the truck when I was moving things out to them. When it came to the few big things left in the house they slowed way down. I showed them how to use their hand truck to make things easier and faster and they still carried each item. Once I said something they picked up the pace but were obviously upset that I had commented to them. At the end I tipped them each $100 for 6 hours of work which I though was generous given it was about 40% of the total bill. Neither seemed very grateful for the tip, almost like it was expected.

Reese ( sp?) had a wonderfully friendly personality and was very helpful and thoughtful in the way he approached every
"issue" that came up. He is a true "go-getter" and leader.

Chris was amazing! He took great care of our things and he was professional and helpful. He listened to me and was willing to accommodate me in any way possible. He handled himself extremely well when confronted with having to possibly load the truck again due to the title company not following through. He is a big asset to your company and you should be proud to have him. Thank you so much!!

The price was reasonable, the two guys who came over were wonderful and took good care of my furniture. I would use them every single time from now on. Give those guys a raise :-)

The guys did put a few heavier boxes on fragile boxes and we had a few minor breakage. Overall pleased with the guys and their work.

The two young men who did our move were outstanding. They treated our furniture with extreme respect and were cheerful, cooperative, flexible, and very helpful. They should be encouraged and rewarded for such fine service.

The two young men handling our move did an excellent job! I would recommend them to all my friends. They do need a raise in pay ! The communication between trucks and office was lacking. They came on Sat and were scheduled on Sun. Then another truck showed up on Sun ??? Dick Welsh

Hats off to Ben and the other two men (Shawn & Shawn?)vided service. I have had professional moving companies move over 18K pounds of household goods from state to state and your company really showed that they cared for me, service provided, and my personal property. Excellent Job, would request these there guys again by name.

This was the second time we have used your company. I was even more impressed this time. The moving crew quite literally was jogging back to grab items and load/unload them. Great office and field staff.

I was really surprised that one of our dressers was turned upside down on the dolly, and things started falling onto the floor out of the drawers. If we had known the dresser was to be turned upside down, we would have emptied the drawers. They did ask if there was anything breakable in the drawers though. The drawers on night stands etc should all be secured before putting them on the dolly, or carrying them.
The young men were very polite.
On taking our bed apart, they did not have the correct size wrench to work with so it took a little longer. Fortunately we did.

I was so amazed and impressed with the job provided by the two gentlemen sent to unload our truck. They were quick and careful to get the truck unloaded. They put things where I had directed and did not have to be directed more than once. They were very careful with our belongings and put items (such as tables & beds) back together. I could not be more pleased.

Attitude of John and Chris was excellent. Only one piece sustained major damage and your repair person was by Saturday to look at it. He determined it was unable to be repaired. Over the past week as we settled in we did notice minor blemishes (scratch, scrape etc)mostly on the legs of furniture.

I subcontract for a company that uses Two Men and a Truck exclusively. I've been thrilled with their efficiency, problem-solving skills, attitudes and work ethic.

I highly recommend them and will be booking them for a relative's upcoming move.

The young men are friendly, polite, always on time and extremely flexible when the situation warrants last-minute changes.

I was so impressed with the young men that did my move. They literally RAN between the truck and the house after putting the items in the truck! They were very courteous, had good senses of humor and always asked questions if they werent sure. This is my second time moving in a year, so i was dreading the day with vengence. The guys made it so much easier than i could have imagined.
They took great care with all of my belongings and took precautions at the new address as it was a completely new interior.
They were working so hard and fast, i treated them to some local BBQ lunch.
I have already recommended them twice!
I will definitely call you guys if i ever move again! Keep up the great work

My dissatisfaction lies within the fact that we had a 9:00 a.m. arrival scheduled and the day before I was informed that it would be between 10-11:00 when the movers would arrive. The day of they did not arrive until 12:30. This made me very upset. Also, the two men did a good job, but they took their sweet time. I felt that they worked the clock to get more $$.
